Accommodation
Our accommodation is of the highest standard. Crabtree River Cottages (Emily and Eliza) are 4 star rated self-contained luxury accommodation for couples. We are situated just 7 minutes from restaurants and magnificent wineries and it’s only 30 minutes from Hobart.
Emily and Eliza Cottages were built in 2006 and styled to complement the nearby federation-era Crabtree House.
Built to exacting standards, each cottage is self-contained, private and designed to accommodate just one couple. The cottages are not suitable for children. (Our neighbours Garry and Anna live in Crabtree House and can accommodate a family with children over 13.)
Emily Cottage features a mantelpiece rescued from a nearby demolition, while Eliza Cottage reuses a Tasmanian oak kitchen, also sourced locally.
